General Questions • [Software] How to update Dell laptop BIOS?

I have a Dell G15 5520 laptop and the specs are:

• CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Mobile
• OS: Debian bookworm
• Kernel: 6.1.0-30-amd64
• DE: KDE Plasma 5.27.5

My bios shouldn't be too out of date since I updated it before I've changed my OS to Debian, but I still want to learn before it's too late. I tried to update it or at least check for updates using the Support Assist program, but apparently it's for Windows only.
