On Ubuntu I have personally exported bookmarks from snap Firefox to an html file and then imported that file into snap Chromium using their respective menu options.I have doubts about Firefox being able to import/sync bookmarks from a flatpak or snap install, because of the way those systems sandbox apps and their data.
